Diamonds, The 4 C's

Selection criteria for your diamonds

No two diamonds are exactly the same. Each one is unique. It is for this reason that a universal standard for the identification of diamonds has been developed over the years. The quality and value of a diamond are defined according to the 4 Cs: Carat, Colour, Clarity and Cut.

The weight of a diamond is measured in carats.
1 carat = 0.2 grams and 1 carat = 100 points.

Every natural diamond has individual traces of growth as it is a product of nature. The clarity grade plays an important role in the grading of diamonds

The cut of a diamond is a decisive factor in its beauty. The proportions, symmetry and polish of a diamond are aligned during the cutting process. Three factors are evaluated in this respect: proportions, polish and symmetry. There are four possible ratings for each of these factors: Excellent, Very Good, Good and Average
